King & Queen Apartments is excited to offer our Resident Referral Program — a simple way for current residents to earn a $250 Wawa Gift Card just for spreading the word.

If you refer a friend who signs a lease on an available unit, the gift card is yours. That’s it.

How It Works

1. Refer a qualified applicant to King & Queen Apartments.
2. Make sure they write your name in the “Referred By” field on their application.
3. Once they’re approved, sign a lease, and move in — you receive a $250 Wawa Gift Card.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant’s application must be submitted after March 23, 2026.
• The applicant must meet all standard rental criteria.
• The lease must be fully executed — with all required documentation — on or before June 15, 2026, for a minimum term of 11½ months.
• The referring resident must be an active leaseholder at King & Queen Apartments with no outstanding balances.

Referral Promotion Terms (Effective March 23, 2026):
A $250 Wawa Gift Card will be issued to a current resident (“referring resident”) for each apartment unit leased as a result of their referral. Only one (1) gift card will be awarded per apartment unit, regardless of the number of occupants. If multiple referred individuals lease the same unit, only one (1) gift card will be issued. If referred individuals lease separate units, one (1) gift card will be issued per unit. The referring resident must be identified by name at the time of application submission to qualify. King & Queen Apartments reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
