To be considered for tenancy, both Tenant and Guarantor Applications must be completed by each prospective Tenant and Guarantor(s).
Below is King & Queen Apartments’ 2018-2019 SAMPLE Lease Documents Packet that each prospective Tenant, and their respective Guarantor(s), should review:

- Rent Guarantor Application
- Brokerage Disclosure
- Guarantor Acknowledgement
- Lead-Based Paint Disclosure
- Residential Lease
- Tenant Handbook & Rules and Regulations
All leases must be financially guaranteed by Rent Guarantors. Each Tenant must have a someone to financially guarantee that the financial obligations under the Residential Lease Agreement are met. Each Rent Guarantor must complete a Rent Guarantor Application, sign a Guarantor Acknowledgement, and sign and have notarized a Guaranty of Lease Agreement.
Additionally, all prospective Tenants should review the EPA Lead Paint Brochure as it pertains to any residential rental property that was built prior to 1978.
